- Provides insights into our work culture and practices.
- Documenting a scope of work seamlessly guides you towards your end goal.
- Tailor-made technological stack that aligns with your requirements.
- Outlines project delivery along with potential cost estimates.
- Delivers results in the easiest and fastest way.
We help shape your vision
We deliver the right product by asking the right questions. Here’s a glimpse into how we conduct a scoping session.
Before we deploy our team and kickstart the development process, we would want you to communicate your requirements, goals and vision. After spending a considerable amount of time on your idea, we shape your vision by offering you insights on tech expertise, user experience, and business know-how.
Getting to know you
We believe in setting the right foundation. The preliminary information you share with us facilitates in streamlining the entire development process. Our aim is to understand your business requirements. Afterall, we can strive to develop a finer product only if we understand your vision and brand. So we commence the session by asking you a series of questions. By getting to know your target audience, we gather a clear understanding of your business goals. We provide you the necessary insights and carefully analyze all your project concerns.
Analyze the scope of the project
By advancing the understanding of your goals and vision, we analyze the scope of work. We put years of experience and technical expertise to steer your project into the right direction. After thoughtful review, we discuss expectations and strive to enhance your understanding of the idea and its functionalities. We infer your value propositions, characterize your product and define the scope of the project.
Sketch your business ideas into an epic
Epic is an integral part of the software development process. We map your business ideas, outline the MVP and prioritize your milestones. A well organized project facilitates smooth sailing towards the end goal.
Document a scope of work
After outlining the project scope and drafting an epic, we arrive at the end goal of this session - a well-defined scope of work. A Statement of Work (SOW) is a detailed report where we underline your designed project scope and a ballpark estimation of project budget and timeline.

Mapping on Mondays
Knowledge sharing and developing a shared understanding are our key priorities. Our first step is to initiate the development process by setting the right foundation for the project team. So Mondays are about enhancing the understanding of your problem and mapping the problem areas. We discover and learn more about your business, clients, value proposition and arrive on the main goal collectively. Consequently, the discussion leads to an effective roadmap of the sprint. By the end of Monday, we not only identify all the probable risks and assumptions but formulate a game plan on how to eliminate them.

Targeting potentially viable solutions on Tuesdays
The goal for the second day is to shape abstract ideas into a concrete idea that serves as a building block for the prototype. On Tuesdays, we review old ideas, look for inspiration and get insights to build new solutions. By the end of the day, through brainstorming sessions and a series of creative exercises, we sketch detailed ideas on paper and identify all the potentially viable solutions.
-
Weighing on the best solution on Wednesdays
After tracing out a bunch of ideas in the previous two phases, it is time to review the potential solutions. Wednesdays are about deciding which ideas work and which do not. We critique each solution keeping in mind the main goal.Through structured decision making processes, we arrive at a final solution that will be developed into a prototype. By the end of Wednesday, we lay down a realistic storyboard that acts as a roadmap for building the prototype.

Turning storyboard into a tangible prototype on Thursdays
Knowledge sharing and developing a shared understanding are our key priorities. The fourth phase is turning previously generated ideas, sketches and blueprints into a tangible prototype that can be tested with real users. So on Thursdays, we gather the right tools and build an almost realistic facade to jump to the final step.
-
Finalising what works for you on Fridays
The foremost and final phase of the design sprint process is to test the prototype with real and existing users to generate feedback. This phase validates your solutions before you kickstart developing an actual product. So on Fridays, we learn how the user interacts with the prototype and filter out what works for you and what does not.
